ABS Quality Evaluations Sponsors Strategic Hurricane Planning for Business Continuity Seminar

ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. (ABS QE) is sponsoring a Strategic Hurricane Planning for Business Continuity seminar for business owners on September 7, 2006. The seminar will take place at the San Luis Hotel, Spa and Conference Center in Galveston, Texas, from 9am – 2pm.
This seminar will inform business owners of the importance of having a hurricane preparedness plan in place to minimize business interruption and maximize business continuity for their customers.
The seminar agenda includes speakers discussing weather pattern data, lessons learned from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita as well as steps which businesses can implement to prepare for natural disasters, including obtaining certification to the National Standard for Facility Hurricane Preparedness. In addition, information concerning eligibility for disaster relief funding available for businesses’ preparation plans will be discussed.
