ABS QE Grants TMS Tankers Energy Management Certification

(Houston) ABS Quality Evaluations Inc (ABS QE), a leading provider of global certification, auditing and training services, today announced the certification of TMS Tankers Ltd for applying energy management systems. The company is an early adopter of a robust energy management plan utilizing the international standard for Energy Management Systems, ISO 50001:2011.

As a forward-leaning company, TMS Tankers is exceeding maritime industry requirements for energy efficiency and establishing systems that will allow them to manage operations that align with increased environmental awareness.
