New Certification
ABS QE can certify you management systems. First, we assume you have a management system in place. If not, please contact us for guidance in getting to this point.
The path to certification is straightforward:

Gap Analysis or Pre-Assessment (Optional)
The gap analysis looks at your system and documentation and provides insights into the areas where you have gaps between the applicable standard, your documented processes and what you actually do.
The pre-assessment tests your management system against the applicable international standard without going through a formal audit. We abbreviate the audit to assess your level of readiness for a formal audit. Observations are provided for areas where nonconformities might crop up in the formal audit.

Stage I
This is an on-site review of your documentation and a site survey to confirm that your management system is properly documented, consistent with the standard(s) to which you want to certify, and that you are ready to proceed to the Stage II Certification Audit.

Stage II
We evaluate your management system against the international standard(s) to which you want to certify. You will receive a report detailing any nonconformances where the system is deficient and which require corrective action prior to certification. When the corrective actions have been cleared, you will receive a formal certificate and be automatically enrolled in our NetCert service to provide easy access to your certifications for your customers and other outside parties.
Certificates are normally valid for three years, subject to periodic surveillance audits.
