Competitive Base Salary
Annual salary reviews are conducted to ensure the competitiveness of our employees' salaries relative to the industry, and as part of our total compensation package.

ABS Group offers a 401(k) plan with various investment options.
Paid Vacation
Employees are provided with a minimum of two weeks of vacation per year (prorated for the first year of employment). This increases to three weeks after five years of company service.
