ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management System Documentation - 1 Day
Course Description
Course Content includes: An analysis of documentation requirements in ISO 9001:2000; An explanation of the general approach to preparing quality system documents; Introduction to the structure of quality systems; Explanation of document control requirements; Detailed review of preparation of documents such as quality policy, organization charts, job descriptions, procedures and forms; Analysis of the typical contents and structure of the quality manual.
This is an interactive course that includes workshops and exercises.

This course is designed for all levels of management and whose responsibility it is to implement new systems or maintain existing systems. It will also provide those who have had limited exposure to the Quality Management and ISO9000 with valuable information on what documentation is really required for a Management System
