  • Prevention vs. Detection - Benefits of implementing ISO 17025:2005 and applicability to prevention as opposed to detection
  • Measurement Traceability and evidence maintained to ensure confidence in appropriate disciplines
  • Accreditation and certification - Review of quality management systems certification and accreditation
  • Detailed attributes of a formal Internal Audit program
  • Methods and formats of quality system documentation, records, programs and Management systems
