ABS Consulting Ltd. provides PED services in cooperation with Royal and
SunAlliance Certification Services, which has been appointed by the United
Kingdom Government's Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as a Notified
Body for conducting conformity assessment of pressure equipment to the
requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC.

Their Notified Body appointment includes audit and inspection services in
accordance with the following Quality Assurance and Inspection based
Modules of the PED: A1, D1, E1, B1+D, B1+F, B+E, B+C1, B+D, B+F, G, H and
H1 and approval testing of joining welding/brazing) procedures and
personnel employed in PED production activities.
